The Bureau of Working Conditions of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE-BWC) has issued its annual handbook to guide employers and employees on the worker’s statutory monetary benefits.

The handbook provides for a guide on information, including computations, for statutory monetary benefits such as holiday pay, overtime pay, premium pay, and more.
